Minyan Times on Federal Holidays are as follows:

8:30am: New Year’s Day, Juneteenth, July 4, Thanksgiving, December 25
7:30am: All other Federal Holidays
Shabbat, Sunday, and Yom Tov schedules are unaffected by Federal Holidays; morning services on Shabbat, Sunday, and Yom Tov are always at 9:00am.

(Federal Holidays include days that they are observed, i.e. July fourth that falls on a Saturday, Friday services would be at 8:30am etc.)
