Beth El Religious School, an award-winning Framework for Excellence school, accredited by United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, provides Jewish education for children from Pre-K through Confirmation (grade 10). We also have a wonderful Beth El Junior College Program for students in 11-12 grade. In a rich learning environment that is dedicated to their moral and spiritual well being, students explore and develop a strong, positive Jewish identity grounded in the study of Torah, T’fillah (prayer) and Gemilut Hasadim (acts of kindness). Beth El Religious School, in partnership with its families, nurtures, motivates and inspires its students to pursue a life-long commitment to Jewish learning, the practice of Mitzvot, the continuity of Klal Yisrael (the Jewish people), and a deep attachment to the State of Israel. Our nationally recognized supplementary schools provide an education designed to inspire our students to lead their lives as identified, committed Jews and ethical human beings. Our purpose is to instill Jewish values and a sense of pride in all our pre-K thru 12th grade students, including those with developmental or physical challenges served by our award-winning Project Lev.

Congregation Beth El is affiliated with The United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, therefore, we adhere to their requirements for B’nai Mitzvah which is five years of Hebrew School classes starting in Gimmel (3rd Grade) or attendance at a Jewish day school.

We learn in Pirkei Avot that Hillel taught “Say not: when I have leisure I will study, lest you may not have leisure.” We invite you to join us this year to follow the words of Hillel for a year of learning. Whatever your taste buds desire. We have something to nourish your soul.
