Beruchim Habaiim to Congregation Beth El’s Education corner! I hope everyone had a wonderful summer and are looking forward to an exciting year of learning for all ages.

We learn in Pirkei Avot that Hillel taught “Say not: when I have leisure I will study, lest you may not have leisure.” I invite you to join me this year to follow the words of Hillel and join your Beth El family for a year of learning. Whatever your taste buds desire. We have something to nourish your soul form one on one classes with the clergy, inspiring speakers, and exciting family programs.

We hope you will join us to welcome the new year at one of our exciting High Holy Day Youth programs. Our Shalem Institute will take place on the first day of Rosh Hashanah and on Yom Kippur for children in grades 1-12. A variety of exciting programs and activities are planned for each grade level. In the second day of Rosh Hashanah I invite to  you join us for the family service and for our teens we have a day planned of the popular game show “To Tell The Truth”. For more details, look in your mail for our High Holy Day brochure.

On behalf of myself, Scott and our family we wish you a Shanah Tova U’metukah!
