Celebrating 100 Years of Sisterhood at Beth El!

Our logo represents the continuous ribbon of prayer, learning, and loving that link our sisters at Beth El.

Our Mission

To engage, enrich, and empower the women of Congregation Beth El  through innovative programming, social events, and community service. We delight in community as we daven in the weekly Shirley Mangel Minyan and Study, share insights on books and movies, celebrate Rosh Chodesh and honor the mitzvah of chesed. We support each other, the Community, Israel, the Jewish Theological Seminary, and the values of the Conservative Movement. We are a link to the past, and continue to shape the future of Congregation Beth El and Conservative Judaism.

This year’s Torah Fund Campaign is Am Yisrael Chai (The people of Israel Live). Through our donations to Torah Fund, we strive to make a significant impact through scholarships and programs that benefit students at The Jewish Theological Seminary, Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies, Schechter Institutes, Seminario Rabinico Latinoamericano, and Zacharias Frankel College.

Torah Fund cards are a wonderful way to celebrate a simcha, sympathy, get well, births, thank you, and are available blank with beautiful front design for only $4. Please contact Melody Taylor at [email protected].
